Quilting an Heirloom Top

Why it takes me so long to post here on my website I’ll never know! I’m pretty sure it’s because I spend so much time on Facebook and it’s a quick and easy post over there. I’m telling myself today that I need to get better at creating posts right here!!

I’m currently quilting a top for my cousin, Bonnie. Her mother, Mildred, my aunt, was a prolific stitcher of all things. She was an avid quilter as well as an extremely great embroiderer. Bonnie has combined her mothers’ various dresser scarves, embroideries, hankies and pillowcase ends to create an exquisite quilt top. You can find this quick video on YouTube to see the quilt. I’ll post some still photos in another post once I finish!
